I was on the second floor, which I wouldn't have chosen, and it took an unusually long time to get hot water in the bathroom faucet and shower. However, I didn't mind the absence of a microwave or refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, with options like scrambled eggs or 'deconstructed' omelettes, yogurts, toast, and muffins.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with great amenities. The service was attentive despite some noise during presentations. The location was convenient for exploring the Chicago area. The dining options were delicious but a bit pricey. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel had decent and clean rooms, ideal for 4 guests. Although it was a bit loud, the experience was comfortable. The service was nice overall, with hard-working staff, though a bit noisy during presentations. The location was convenient, being only 6 minutes away from my destination, but the chemical smell was a downside that required room change. The dining experience was good, with delicious food but slightly pricey. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
